These terms of service govern the use of the SongFromWithin service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Purpose
SongFromWithin offers a service for creating personalized, AI-generated songs based on information provided by the user, for the purpose of a gift or the celebration of an important moment.
2. Account and eligibility
Using the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. You must be of legal age or have the authorization of a legal guardian to use the service.
3. Order and payment
Each song is subject to a single, one-time payment with no subscription commitment, processed securely through our payment provider. Audio generation only begins after payment is confirmed.
4. User-provided content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you provide, including information about a third-party recipient. You warrant that you have the right to share this information for the purpose of creating the song. Any hateful, illegal, defamatory content or content infringing on a third party's rights is prohibited and may result in order cancellation without refund.
5. Intellectual property and usage license
Once delivered, the song is licensed to you for personal use: private listening, sharing with loved ones, posting on your personal social media. Any commercial use (advertising, derivative products, for-profit distribution) requires prior agreement from SongFromWithin and a dedicated license.
6. Content moderation
The information provided and the generated lyrics may be subject to automated moderation and, if necessary, manual review before final delivery, in order to prevent inappropriate content.
7. Revisions, refunds and cancellations
Each plan includes a defined number of revisions. In the event of a technical generation failure, a full refund is offered. Detailed terms are set out in our refund policy.
8. Service availability and limitation of liability
SongFromWithin uses reasonable efforts to ensure the service's availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. SongFromWithin reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a violation of these terms, particularly in the case of repeated abusive content.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Users will be informed of any substantial change before it takes effect.
